Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Peer Software, you will design and implement cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs. Your role involves evaluating business requirements and crafting technical visions that leverage Peer Software’s products to solve complex business challenges. You will bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring solutions align with Peer Software’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the go-to expert on Peer Software products for prospects and partners. Leverage your deep technical knowledge to understand and address complex customer requirements, ensuring Peer Software’s solutions are effectively tailored to meet their needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers at a technical level, conducting in-depth discussions and workshops to uncover their challenges and demonstrate how Peer Software’s products can provide value.
    • Proof of Concept (POC): Efficiently install Peer software for POC testing, leading the process to meet defined success criteria.
    • Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to design robust, scalable, and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems.
    • Technical Validation: Lead technical validation activities, including architecture reviews, security assessments, and performance testing, to ensure proposed solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Sales Support: Provide technical assistance throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualification to proposal development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Improvement: Serve as a technical liaison between sales leadership and product management teams, providing feedback for process and product enhancements.
  • Training and Enablement: Train and enable sales teams and partners on the technical aspects of Peer Software’s products, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell and support the solutions.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated with relevant technical knowledge through continuous education, training, and lab work.
  • Travel: Represent Peer Software at corporate meetings, trade shows, training, and special events.
  • Project Tasks: Perform technical software reviews of competitors, create detailed reference architectures, and conduct research projects as advised by product management.
  • Partner Engagement: Participate in regular outreach to technical partners and VARs (Value Added Resellers), building relationships and sharing industrial knowledge.
