- Maintenance agreement is valid for 12 months from
date of purchase.
- Fixes, patches, and upgrades (to equivalent new versions) are provided free of charge
to any purchaser as released.
- Maintenance period starts as of date of purchase order or credit card transaction.
- The above percentages are applied to the actual purchase price of the software.
If quantity or corporate discounts were applied to a purchase then the maintenance
will be based on the unit price of the software after discount.
- Peer Software, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing and discounts at any time.

- Phone and email support is provided 9:00 am - 5:00 pm est., Monday - Friday, except
normal holidays.
Support and maintenance policy without the purchase of maintenance:
- No charge phone and email support for 30 days. Free upgrade for equivalent new version
release 30 days.
Free patches and fixes one year.
- If purchased from a re-seller, first line support is provided by the re-seller.
